New Hampshire Housing’s Water Wellness in New Hampshire course will give you a solid understanding of private well ownership, including essential tips on maintaining your well and protecting yourself from common contaminants. Approximate time: 30 minutes
This course will help you understand the risks and responsibilities involved in the business of being a landlord and share some proven ways of handling them successfully.

The Homebuyer Tax Credit Program makes homeownership more affordable by providing a federal tax credit of up to $2,000 each year, for as long as you live in your home and pay mortgage interest.
